  • Oh some of these look so good! I really need some new easy recipes to cook! Thanks for the listing here…..I really want to try the Easy Ravioli Bake!

  • love these recipes. For years while my 7 kids were growing up there were times I just couldn’t spend a lot of prep time to cook. So every Sunday afternoon I’d make several casseroles and freeze them so that all I had to do was pull one out, make a salad and dinner was solved. 🙂
I’m going to try several of these and pass them on to my daughters who now have their own families.

  • I’m glad I found this.

I have a fondness for casseroles. When my daughter was young and I was just starting out, I’d try to stretch every penny. One way of doing that was with casseroles. Basically, I just took whatever I had in the frig to use up, tossed it in a pan and baked it. For dinner, she’d just light up and say “We’re having casserole!” To hear her say it – casserole was the name of the dish.

Such fond memories of her and for that reason alone casseroles will always be a hit in my book. I love the ones you have here and have bookmarked the page. Thank you.

  • MMMmmm, the Easy Cheesy Zucchini Bake looks amazing! And I just picked the last of the zucchini out of my garden, so this would be perfect to try!
