As plenty of middle school high school , and college graduates cross the stage in a few weeks, people everywhere are celebrating a wonderful achievement: graduation. How about gifting them unlimited talk, text and data/web usage to celebrate?
Every teen and young adult these days is in love with their smartphones. They live and breathe connectivity, social media, taking photos and videos, texting, games, and so much more, right at their finger tips. For some, it’s kinda like a sort of independence, a freedom to be able to do what they want. In order to get a great graduation gift that they really want without breaking the bank, I would suggest getting a smartphone with Walmart Family Mobile. You can mix and match 5 lines, choose a low price unlimited plan or just pay for what you use, and there are so many great phones to choose from – all without a contract! Also, it is powered by T-Mobile, so you can be sure that you’ll get the coverage and connectivity that you’re looking for.
I got a chance to try out the Walmart Family Mobile service with a prepaid Samsung Galaxy Exhibit smartphone. I like everything about this phone, it’s very convenient and has all of the bells and whistles: 5 megapixel camera, 4 GB internal storage, MMS, SMS, email, and text messaging, wifi, Bluetooth, and internet connectivity, and, of course, it’s Android app ready.
Why teens and grads love the Samsung Galaxy Exhibit phone
The Galaxy exhibit smartphone has so many features that teens will be all over! You’ll have easy access to the Google Play Store, email, and Google Maps, and be connected to everyone you want to be with the touch of a button on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, SMS and MMS messaging, and all the other social and chat apps that are available. Also, you can add lots of music to this phone and play at your hearts content.
I see teens everywhere, and the majority of them are glued to their phones. It’s nothing like when I was growing up, staying connected with friends and on top of current events is just a way of life it seems.
Why parents love the Walmart Family Mobile service
As our kids get older, they also get busier, more independent, and have more of a social life than parents do! Whether it’s going to high school, or leaving for college, it’s important to stay connected to each other while everyone is on the move. I like that the whole family can keep in touch at an affordable price, no need to pay $100 a month, per person, for a cell phone. You instead get a started pack, which includes your SIM card and activation key and is a one-time purchase, and pay for what you use, as you go. Once you get the initial family mobile plan set up, you can add up to 4 additional lines at a discounted rate.
Another thing that I really like about the Walmart Family Mobile plan is that there are full parental controls available. When you set up a Parent Line, you can set limits to messaging, call usage, block numbers, and receive alerts whenever the limit is reached on another phone. Also, you can block adult web content, disable extras and add ons, and completely shut off data usage to a line at the click of your mouse. Hooray for parental controls!
I am pleased with the Walmart #FamilyMobile plan, they have the lowest price unlimited plan that I have ever seen. We got ours in-store, but you can also purchase and activate your phone online, and even manage the whole thing on the Walmart Family Mobile customer service site. The Galaxy Exhibit is a great affordable choice, if you’re looking for more, you can also get an Apple iPhone 5, Samsung Galaxy S3 and S4, Nokia Lumia 521, and the LG Optimus L90 smartphones.
