You know the feeling you get when it’s time to refill a prescription at your local pharmacy?
“Ugh, I do NOT feel like stopping by [insert local pharmacy name] and waiting for an hour to have my prescription filled!” I also feel like “Geez, this is gonna be so expensive” and “I wish I could talk to someone about the best over the counter medicine for this rash“. I can’t tell you how many times I have had to go through these things at a pharmacy, and I am a relatively healthy woman. Life brings all sorts of things, so it’s great to know that the whole family can be taken care of at our local Target Pharmacy.
As much as I shop at Target, I wish I would have paid attention to the pharmacy there. Everything you know and love about Target service and quality extends throughout the store. Plus, who really wants to go to the grocery store for food, then the drug store for a prescription, then finally to Target for everything else? I’d much rather knock it all out in ONE. Here’s what you can expect from your local Target Pharmacy:
With Target stores is pretty much everyone’s back yard, it’s super simple to grab your medications without having to visit 25 stores. There’s even an auto refill option, where you can be called or texted to tell you that your prescription is ready to pick up. Get your vaccinations and pet prescriptions there too, all while you shop. You can also manage your prescriptions right on your mobile phone and transfer them to target online. Easy peasy!
Target’s professional pharmacists are on hand to be able to answer questions in confidence. If you need counseling with a prescription, or assistance with selecting an over the counter medicine, the team is here to help. Need to know if you can mix medication A with medication B? Just ask!
We know that medicine isn’t cheap, so it’s good to know that Target Pharmacy has a few option to save some cash. In addition to $4 generic prescriptions which are equivalent to brand name ones, there is a Target Prescription Savings Program where you can save 10-50% off of your out of pocket expenses. Also, if you or your children have trouble taking medications, they have 19 free flavors that help the medicine go down. Plus, the transfer and auto refill services are free as well.
It’s time to Flip the Script! Save time, save money, and live well by grabbing your prescriptions at a Target Pharmacy. Whether your kids, the grandparents, or even YOU need to get a prescription filled, do it conveniently. Please believe that I will be sending my future prescriptions straight to Target!
