We’re working with etnies in a sponsored campaign to show you their oh-so-cool and functional shoe styles. They’ve also got a great giving back initiative, where you can get involved with #get4giving and win prizes!
It’s no question that we all need shoes. Comfortable shoes. Shoes that fit. Am I right?
Well, dealing with kids and shoes seems to be a never ending battle. They never stop growing, and go through sizes within a few months it seems. Fortunately, I am able to replace my kids shoes as soon as they grow out of them, but there are many families who cannot afford to have the proper footwear on their kids’ feet.
etnies, one of the top footwear and apparel brands, is no stranger to giving back. They donate thousands of pairs of shoes on an annual basis to at risk children, homeless, and other organizations to get shoes on the feet of those who need them. etnies shoes range from crib shoes for infants, all the way up to big kids and are built to last. I know how rough my kids are when they play, so it’s good to know that their shoes are durable, functional and cute!
We ordered a few pairs of etnies shoes for kids. My son got the brown high rise sneakers, and my daughter chose the scout kids shoes. They are both really nice styles, and they have STI evolution foam on the inside for maximum comfort. The black and pink scouts were a little hard to pull onto the back of my daughters heel, but I assume that the fabric back there will flex a bit over time. Once I got them on, they fit just right!
Win with etnies: give back with #get4giving!
In the spirit of the holidays, etnies is encouraging GIVING. They’re holding the #get4giving contest, where you simply snap & share a pic of you giving back. You can be volunteering, donating clothes and shoes, serving meals, or something of the like, and you could win $500 in prizes!
Share your photo on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram with #get4giving, or upload it to the #get4giving sweeps page. The photo with the most votes wins the $250 grand prize! The contest runs through January 5, so log onto your social media accounts and get those entries in! Don’t forget to include the hashtag, #get4giving…
How will you give back and #get4giving?
I received shoes and compensation for working with etnies on this post.
