We want the best for our newborns. Infancy is the most delicate time of a child’s life, so extreme care should be exercised. Since a newborn spends the majority of the day asleep, it is important to know about safe sleep practices. I have been a supporter of HALO SleepSacks and wearable blankets for a while now, I used them on both of my children and advise that other parents consider using them as well.
The HALO Safe Sleep Crib Sets are perfect for a new baby through their first year. They have colors and patterns available for both boys and girls, which can fit into your existing decor or spark up ideas for a new bedroom design! The one I chose for Baby Girl is the Caroline’s Garden floral printed set, we absolutely love it! It is a very light pink and white floral pattern, one of the fitted sheets is solid pink and the other on (in the photo) has cute pastel pink, blue and green flowers.
Baby Girl is checking out her new set up…
The jersey cotton sheets are tight fitting to the mattress and very soft, perfect for little heads to rest on. Also, the patterns on the two sleep sacks are really cute, too! I can’t use the newborn one due to her size, so she’s been sleeping in the larger sized one for now. Love the embroidered flowers!
The crib skirt has the cutest little flower pattern, I would love to be able to find some coordinating decor to match.
HALO knows how important it is to learn proper infant care and safe sleep practices early on, which is why they have partnered with hospitals nationwide on the HALO Safer Way to Sleep Initiative. This program will offer information about safe sleep practices and sleepsacks to parents of newborns in hospitals and NICU’s to take home. This way, parents can start to swaddle baby from day one and once you leave the hospital, the HALO Safe Sleep Crib Set is ready to go when you are!
One lucky mama (or dad) is going to go GAGA when she wins a HALO Safe Sleep Crib Set of their choice! Visit the Rafflecopter form below for entry instructions. This contest ends May 17, 2012, good luck!
Disclosure: I received a crib set to review for this post. All opinions are my own, prize fulfillment will be handled by the sponsor.
