In The Name of Spring: Refreshing, Reorganizing, and Rejuvenating My Life

I have partnered with Glade® to share the ways I am refreshing my life for the Spring season. Although compensated, all opinions are my own.

Spring. There’s just something about it. It’s definitely the season that represents fresh, new beginnings. It makes me feel like evaluating and refreshing my life and everything around me in order to help me reach my #bestfeelings. Now that it is March, I can feel it coming soon!

Beautiful yellow flower

New flowers bloom, new babies are born, and there is a general refresh of the entire earth due to warmer temperatures. It seems like everything awakens and becomes alive, doesn’t it? This year, I want to make sure I do more than Spring cleaning. I’m talking a total lifestyle refresh job, where my mind, body, home, work, and relationships all follow suit.

I need a sense of balance. A sense of calm – sorta like a clean slate. Spring is the time I choose to do it…

Here’s my plan to rejuvenate my life…

Refresh my relationships

Spend more time with the people that bring out your best feelings on a daily basis! I will be sure to enjoy more quality time with my loving family and friends – the people that make me laugh and who I always have a great time with. Of course, my husband is number one on that list! I’m looking forward to reminiscing about the past and making new memories that we can look back on in the future years.

Re-evaluate my priorities

I have the same priorities as before – to take care of my family, but I also want to shift some of my focus from materialistic things to things money can’t buy! I want so many clothes, shoes, electronics, jewelry and to travel the world, but I think focusing on the relationship aspect I mentioned above will be a great way to rejuvenate my energy this spring.

R-invent my home

Out with the old and unused! We have so many things that we can clear out and declutter in our home, however in addition to giving our home a little spring spruce up, we’re also going to refresh the style. I’m swapping out the winter colors of our living room pillows and drapes for bright orange hues and violets, adding some spring flare to our kitchen and bathroom décor and lifting the mood with fruity and floral scents, like the new fragrances from Glade® Limited Edition Spring Collection. I’m loving the new Let Loose™ scent in Glade® PlugIns® Scented Oil Warmer Customizables™ , which alternates fragrances for an energizing and fruity mix.

Rejuvenate my body

Better food, more exercise and my beauty and skin regimen MUST be upgraded. I am doing ok but I know that I can step it up a bit. I would also love to get a full body massage a couple times a year to relax and keep my muscles from tensing up –we’ll see how that goes!

Return to my happy place

Not like I ever really left it, but there are things that I do and accept that I really don’t want to anymore. Sometimes you bow down and let it ride, but i’m done with all of that. I am looking to do more for myself and my family.
