Milk Nursingwear Review and Twitter Giveaway!

Breastfeeding mamas: Have you ever been on the go and had to nurse your baby only to have difficulty with the shirt, dress or sweater you are wearing? Access to the boobs is totally necessary, so why should they have to be so hard to get to?

I have been nursing my newborn for 2 weeks now and I cannot be more thankful for this amazing dress I received from Milk Nursingwear! Milk is a brand that provides a little modern style to nursing wear fashions while supporting breastfeeding mothers. The founder of the company has worked with thousands of nursing moms to help create a line of clothing that is discreet and easily accessible when duty calls (or in my case, when baby cries).

I got a chance to try out the turquoise twist-front nursing dress. It is a very stylish approach to nursing wear that is convenient for breastfeeding when you need to. The dress has a cute twist-front feature and has a movable fabric system at the breast area that you simply pull to the side when it’s time to feed or pump as needed. It has 3/4 sleeves and is made of a comfortable and non-binding viscose/lycra fabric. I still have weight to lose and a little stomach shrinking to do, but I definitely felt comfortable wearing this dress out. There is a little extra room in the tummy area for a comfy fit and I will be able to pump easily when I return to work. Click the photos below to zoom…

I have been out a few times where an emergency feeding was necessary. One time, I had on a regular t-shirt, which was not too fun to lift the entire thing up and expose my whole front side! A tank top is a little easier but still requires partial disrobing, in public. When I wore the Milk dress the other day, I was able to easily feed my daughter without having to lift my entire dress! Here are a few more items from the Milk Nursingwear line I would love to own:
