Getting a hearty home cooked dinner on the table during the week has been no easy feat. After school and work, it seems like we’ve got some sort of errand or sports practice, and by the time we get home, there’s no time to spend in the kitchen!
Luckily, I found out about these Campbell’s® Skillet Sauces. They are full of flavor and help to have dinner on the table in a hurry, using only 3 easy steps! All I needed was the meat and veggies, it took very little prep time and cooked in less than 20 minutes. Dinner is served for the whole family, and we’ve still got plenty of time to spare to finish our nightly routine and even have a little family time! Try this Thai Curry Chicken Skillet at home, it was easy to make and came out pretty good!
Quick and Easy Thai Curry Chicken Skillet
- 1 lb. chicken breast
- 1 packet Campbell’s® Thai Curry Chicken Skillet Sauce
- 2 cups frozen stir fry vegetables
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cups rice, cooked
When I tell you that this recipe is quick and easy, I’m not joking! Start by heating the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, cut the chicken into strips and brown in the skillet. Add your frozen veggies and your packet of Campbell’s® Thai Curry Chicken Sauce, stir well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. DONE.
Divide evenly to serve over white rice and it’s ready to eat! This recipe made about 4 servings, a great size for my little family.
Thank goodness for quick and easy meals, week nights are hectic and I appreciate the fact that I can get dinner on the table in a short time. Less time in the kitchen means more family time for us!
