It’s almost the new year, which means that it’s time to ring in the new year proper! When you become a parent, you really don’t want to go out an party like you used to. I love these noise makers made out of raisin boxes. Kids love to make a lot of noise, so now they can get really loud and jiggle away with these fun DIY shakers. Put rice or pasta inside, decorate and ring in the new year!

How fun is this New Years Eve crafts for kids?! Mark a balloon for each hour of the evening, blow it up and put a little note inside with fun things for everyone to do. When the clock strikes each hour, pop it, until you get down to midnight!
