We’re sharing our top tips to stay healthy during the holiday season, sponsored by CVS. All tips and opinions are those of Honey + Lime and we hope you’ll learn how to stay healthy in the winter and natural ways to fight a cold.
Winter is almost here, and that means holiday fun, family, snow, and cold and flu season, too. Yuck! With the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, we get super busy and tend to neglect our health. Overeating, overworking, staying up super late at night, and all of the family members and people around us in public spaces make us more susceptible to getting sick. I know, it’s no fun, but cold and flu season comes around every year and we have got to learn how to stay healthy in the winter!
Staying healthy during the winter season is important, and while there is not a 100% guarantee that you will not get sick, there are several things you can do to try to avoid it. For those that do get sick, CVS Pharmacy has developed Live Better, a natural line of products focused on immunity and cold and cough relief for adults and children ages 12 months and up. I am so glad that they did, I really do try to keep my household as natural as possible, from the foods we eat to the household cleaners we use. The Live Better line of products use natural ingredients, such as Manuka honey elderberry syrup, and, naturally derived vitamin C, so I can feel confident about chemical-free sickness relief when we need it!
