These no-bake cranberry chocolate chip energy balls are full of wholesome, healthy ingredients and make a great protein-packed snack!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups raw oats
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup carob chips or chocolate chips of your choice
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 2/3 cups raw honey
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Combine all dry ingredients - oats, coconut, chia seeds, cranberries, and chocolate chips - in a large mixing bowl.
  • Stir in the remaining wet ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate the mixture for 15 minutes to set.
  • Scoop out a teaspoon full of the mixture and roll into a ball with your hands, setting the chocolate chip energy balls onto a clean plate as you go.
  • Serve immediately and refrigerate leftover energy balls.
