Cinnamon roll chocolate chip monkey bread

  • Large bundt pan
  • Large plastic zipper bag


  • 2 12 oz. cans Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup butter melted


  • Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees
  • Open up your cans of unbaked cinnamon rolls and cut each one into quarters.
  • In your large plastic bag, combine the cinnamon roll pieces, brown sugar, cinnamon, and chocolate chips. Toss them until all pieces are coated.
  • Arrange the mixture evenly into your greased bundt pan and pour melted butter evenly over the entire thing
  • Bake your monkey bread for approximately 25 minutes, or until all pieces are cooked all the way through
  • Allow the bread to cool for about 15 minutes, then flip upside down onto a plate. Pull it apart, serve it warm.
