Oven-Toasted Ravioli Recipe

This crispy ravioli appetizer recipe is easy to make and is the perfect finger food for your next gathering!

  • 2 9 oz. packages ravioli refrigerated, (I use Buitoni)
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups Italian bread crumbs
  • cooking spray


  • To get started, first preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Set aside.
  • In another large bowl, combine the Italian breadcrumbs with the Parmesan cheese. Dip your ravioli pieces into the egg mixture first, then coat each piece of ravioli in the bread crumb mixture.
  • Place crusted ravioli pieces on a baking sheet and spray them with cooking spray. Spread them apart to make sure all of the sides cook.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve and enjoy with a marinara sauce for dipping, I love this homemade marinara sauce recipe!
