Total Time 2 hours hrs 10 minutes mins
13 x 9 cookie sheet
parchment or wax paper
1 zipper sandwich bag
- 4 cups white chocolate chips
- green food coloring
- 20 edible monster eyes
- 1/4 cup candy corn
- 5 - 6 Halloween Oreo® Cookies
Melt white chocolate chips into a large, microwave-safe bowl at 50% power for 1 minute. Stir, and repeat the process until all chips are melted.
Add a couple of scoops of the melted white chocolate into the zipper bag and set aside.
Stir green food coloring into the large bowl and mix well. Pour the green chocolate into the cookie sheet, spreading evenly to each corner until the bottom of the cookie sheet is completely covered.
Snip a small corner of the zipper bag and lightly drizzle the white chocolate over the green chocolate.
To decorate, carefully place each candy and cookie into the green chocolate, pressing each piece in firmly. Scatter everything randomly, with the exception of the monster eyes, which should be placed in pairs next to each other.
Refrigerate the monster candy bark tray for 2 hours. Remove, lift the parchment paper from the sides to remove the Halloween candy bark from the pan, and break it up into large chunks.
