Total Time 7 hours hrs 15 minutes mins
- 1 qt. container Dreyer's Old Fashioned Vanilla Ice Cream
- 3-4 cups fresh mixed berries
- 1 premade graham cracker pie crust
As soon as you bring home your Dreyer’s® Frozen Custard, allow it to thaw in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. I thawed my custard overnight.
Wash all of your berries, pat dry, and divide them in half. Separate the better-looking, whole berries from the not-so-nice-looking berries.
Put the not-so-nice-looking berries into the bottom of your graham cracker pie crust. Pour over about half of the Dreyer’s® Frozen Custard until the pie crust is full and berries are covered. Freeze on a flat surface for about 3 hours, or until frozen.
Remove the vanilla custard pie from the freezer and arrange the better-looking, whole berries on the top of the pie as desired. You can slice and serve right away, or re-freeze for future use.
