  • 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon cut into thirds
  • 3 tbsp. GREY POUPON Savory Honey Mustard divided
  • 2 tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
  • 24 RITZ Crackers
  • 4 oz. CRACKER BARREL Vermont Sharp-White Cheddar Cheese cut into 12 slices
  • 2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • To start this chicken bacon recipe, toss your chicken breast pieces in a mixture of 2 tbsp. Honey Mustard and the Worcestershire Sauce to marinate.
  • Heat your oven's broiler. Roll each piece of chicken into a slice of bacon and secure together with toothpicks.
  • Place chicken bites onto a cookie sheet and put it about 4 inches under your broiler. Cook each side for 5 minutes, 10 total. You’ll be flipping these over at the halfway mark.
  • To put these bacon chicken bites together, heat oven to 350°F, remove toothpicks from the chicken and bacon pieces.
  • Cut cheese slices in half, place crackers on a baking sheet, and top each one with a cheese slice. Bake for 4 to 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Top each cracker with the bacon wrapped chicken, a drop of mustard, and parsley leaves.
