Healthy Blueberry Avocado Smoothie Recipe
This delicious and easy smoothie recipe uses fresh avocado and blueberries for a healthy, protein-packed drink.

Servings 2 12-oz smoothies
- 2 cups almond milk or milk of your choice
- 2 cups frozen blueberries or fresh, add ice (see below)
- 1 avocado ripe, pitted
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 scoops protein powder
- ice optional
- shredded coconut, extra blueberries optional topping
Pour milk into the blender first to coat the inside and prevent sticking and clumping.
Add the remaining ingredients to the blender.
Close it up tight and blend on high for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy. If you still have chunks, pulse the blender until they are mixed in.
Taste and adjust sweetness or consistency as desired. Pour into a glass, garnish with the extra blueberries and coconut, if you’d like, and enjoy!
