Homemade Cherry Pistachio Granola Recipe

- 2 cups oats
- 1/2 cup pistachios
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 cup SPECIAL INGREDIENT: Kellogg's Raisin Bran
- 1 cup fresh cherries pitted & diced
- 2/3 cup raw honey
- 1/4 cup olive or coconut oil
Preheat your oven to 300 degrees. Stir all of the dry ingredients in a bowl, all but the Raisin Bran, and mix well to combine ingredients.
Add your wet ingredients – the cherries, oil, and honey – to the bowl of dry ingredients and mix well.
Spread the granola mixture evenly onto a baking sheet and bake at 300 degrees for about 1-hour, stirring halfway through. When finished, carefully remove from the oven and allow the granola to cool. Stir in the Raisin Bran and store in an air-tight container.
