Blackberry Overnight Oats Smoothie with Yogurt
This easy overnight oats recipe with blackberries uses fresh berries and vanilla yogurt for a healthy and delicious way to pre-make breakfast for busy mornings.

- 1 1⁄2 cup blackberries
- 1 1⁄2 cup almond milk
- 1 1⁄2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 1⁄4 cup quick-cooking oats

in a blender or food processor, combine 1 cup of the blackberries, almond milk, and yogurt, and blend until just combined. Pour half the smoothie mixture into a glass. Add the dry oats. Then, top the oats with the remaining smoothie mixture.
Using a butter knife, poke several holes down through to the bottom of the glass so that the smoothie mixture will be able to penetrate all the way through the oats. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
Top your oatmeal smoothie with the remaining fresh blackberries and sliced almonds and serve.
