Can Americans Travel to Cuba?

It was recently reported that U.S. and Cuban relations had softened, and the Cuban Government agreed to allow U.S. tourists to book commercial flights on U.S. airlines into the beautiful city of Havana. Although this seemingly once forbidden Caribbean island seems to be a tourism gold mine for the country, the high demand from Americans to travel to Cuba has been placed on hold, pending further negotiations.

The agreement between the two countries is still developing, so we can’t search for commercial flights just yet. Don’t want to wait to learn how to travel to Cuba? There are a few exceptions to the current laws for visiting Cuba, which only allows for educational, religious and cultural groups to visit. I personally can’t wait to go to Havana and take in the vibrant culture, cuisine, and beauty of the city. I think I will wait a bit until it becomes a little more mainstream for safety reasons, but If you wanted to know how to visit Cuba from the USA right away, there are lots of different ways!
