I got to take a General Hospital set tour, it was a really cool experience. I was in Los Angeles back in March, and I was super lucky to be able to take a General Hospital set visit with ABC!
ABC’s General Hospital is one of the longest running soap operas in history. The story line is set in a New York hospital, and has been since the show first aired in 1963; It remains that way today. Between the cast, plot twists, and contemporary flair, General Hospital show has been a popular and exciting show to watch. It’s fascinating to check out what happens behind the scenes, there are so many props, different sets, and people who are responsible for the production of the show.

On our General Hospital set tour, we found one of the hospital rooms with a bed and sonogram. So, obviously, someone had to be pregnant and re-enact the scene, right?!
There are plenty of props and artificial designs that make up the General Hospital set decor, they have so many that they use to make the show realistic.
Here is some of the clothing worn on General Hospital. These are the dresses for the Nurse’s Ball episodes, airing this week!
