DIY Printable Wine Bottle Gift Tags

Materials needed:

1 bottle of Santa Margherita Pinto Grigio wine
wine bottle gift tag printable PDF
white card stock paper
burlap cording or other decorative ribbons
scissors

Print out the wine gift tags

Print out the wine bottle gift tags PDF. There are 4 tags on one sheet. Cut out each gift tag along the black lines and poke a small hole into the top of the tag where the circle is.

Measure and cut your ribbon for the tag

Measure out your desired length of cord/ribbon (mine was about 5 inches). Insert one end into the hole of your gift tag, pull it halfway through and tie a knot right in the middle to secure the tag in place. Both of the loose ends should be even, make sure to overmeasure a little bit – you can always trim off the excess ribbon or cord to fit the desired length.

Tie the cord onto the tag

Tie one more knot to tie the two ends together, creating a loop. Trim off any excess cord/ribbon and hang it on your wine bottle! Now isn’t she lovely?
