It’s tough to get nutritious dinner recipes on the table during the week when you’ve been gone all day (try these BBQ shredded chicken tacos, they’re amazing and take only 15 minutes to prepare), but that is soon going to change.

We made this dish tonight and it was very good. We added closer to 1 cup of onion, only 1 packet of taco seasoning (25% less sodium) and I personally love salt but felt 1 packet was perfect. We also added chopped green chili’s (mild) to the cooked meat. This dish has lots of good flavors. We topped with guacamole salsa and sour cream, yum! I would definitely recommend this dish.
I made this dish for my family. I used ground beef. It was a hit. Thanks so much!!!!
Making tonight for dinner!
