Living in sunny Southern California means we have ideal temperatures year round. We don’t really experience “seasons”, but COOL from November – April, and WARM from May – October. For the most part, there are never too many extreme hot and cold days, but August is definitely the hottest month down this way.
My place was built in the 80’s, and central air conditioning did not come with.
