White chocolate chips in a bowl

A white chocolate Halloween bark

This Halloween candy starts as a white chocolate bark. Put white chocolate chips into a large, microwave-safe bowl. Heat at 50% power for 1 minute, stir, and repeat the process until all chips are melted. Put a couple of scoops of the melted white chocolate into the zipper bag and set aside.

Add green monster food coloring

Stir in green food coloring into the large bowl and mix well, pour the green chocolate into the covered cookie sheet. Spread evenly to each corner until the bottom is completely covered. Snip a corner of the zipper bag and lightly drizzle the white chocolate over the entirety of the green on the cookie sheet.

Decorate your spooky monster bark

Gently place each candy and cookie into the green chocolate, pressing each piece in firmly. Scatter them randomly, except for the monster eyes, which should be placed in pairs next to each other.

When you’re finished decorating, pop the tray into the refrigerator for 2 hours. Remove, lift the parchment paper from the sides to remove the Halloween candy bark from the pan, and break it into chunks. That’s it!
