We had a girls night in, and this strawberry and orange white sangria was a hit! I have partnered with Socialstars and Sweet’N Low with the #SweetNLowStars program to create some delicious, guilt free drink ideas and recipes. Feast your eyes on this…
I don’t know about you all, but college was quite a while ago for me. I was super excited that a couple of my besties would be in town! Everyone in the group moved away from San Diego but me, and everyone seems to have gone their separate ways with spouses, kids, and jobs, so it’s not very often that we get to hang out.
Since I was the one entertaining, I had to come up with an adult refreshment for sipping. Wanna guess what we had while catching up at our girls night in? WINE. Pinot Grigio, to be exact, but, how to liven it up a little? White wine sangria.
Strawberries and oranges are abundant in San Diego right now, so I’ve been eating them weekly for the past month or so. I sliced those bad boys up and threw it all together, and the result was something tasty. I sweetened the strawberry and orange white sangria with Sweet’N Low to keep the calorie count down, Hooray for guilt free libations! Try this at home, and serve it up at your next adult gathering. 21+ only!
Strawberry and Orange White Sangria Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle pinot grigio white wine
- 2 cups sparkling water
- 10-15 packets Sweet’N Low
- 8 strawberries, sliced
- 2 small oranges, sliced
So all you really do here is combine everything and drink it. Mix the fruit and the Sweet’N Low in a large pitcher. When the sweetener is slightly dissolved, add the water and the wine and give it a taste test. If all tastes good, refrigerate for an hour or so and serve.
It’s such a light and refreshing strawberry and orange white sangria recipe, I can feel the summer peeking at us from around the corner and I think it goes perfect with the season! Sweet’N Low replaces regular sugar to make this cocktail diabetic friendly and a little lower in calories. I will definitely be making this again!

“There’s only a few alcoholic beverages that I like, and sangria is one of them. I didn’t know it was this easy to make. Can I use frozen fruits or is it imperative to use fresh fruits for this drink recipe?
“
This is a great recipen I have to try it at our next Girls Night In. Have a wonderful week.
