  • pumpkin spice
  • Greek yogurt
  • graham crackers
  • pecans (or granola, whatever floats your boat)

Step 1 – Make the pumpkin puree mixture

To get started with this healthy pumpkin breakfast recipe, gather all of your ingredients and materials. In a small bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and pumpkin spice and mix well. Set it aside.

Step 2 – Layer pumpkin & yogurt ingredients in each glass

Mix up your Greek yogurt in its container until it is nice and creamy. Grab your clean serving glasses/cups and begin the layering process. Your cups should be able to hold about 6-8 oz.

Add 1/4 c. of the pumpkin mixture to the bottom of each of the 4 glasses (a total of 1 cup, or half of the pumpkin mixture), spreading it evenly at the bottom so it is flat and touches all sides of the glass. Next, carefully add 1/4 c. of the Greek yogurt to each glass, again spreading it nice and evenly.
