I created this peanut butter s’mores pie recipe in a partnership with Jif Whips, a fluffy, tasty and spreadable flavored peanut butter. Although compensated, I share my own opinions and ideas.
Chocolate + Marshmallow + Graham Cracker = YUM.
But what if we added peanut butter?
With summer winding down, cooler temperatures are bound to take over and that means no more grilling, no more late nights, no more sitting around a beach bonfire. S’mores have long been a favorite summer treat, so we’ve figured out how to eat them year-round. This no-bake pie uses only five ingredients, one of them being a special layer of nutty goodness to add to the flavor. Seasonal Jif Whips are here, and this special S’mores Flavored Spread is delicious!
Enjoy s’mores pie year-round!
We love s’mores (also see this chocolate s’mores cookie cups recipe) so this easy s’mores dessert – featuring chocolate ganache, toasted marshmallow, and peanut butter spread on a graham cracker pie crust – was a no-brainer. Here’s how you can make s’mores pie any time of the year, no bonfire needed!
Easy No-Bake Peanut Butter S’mores Pie
- 1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust
- 30-40 large marshmallows
- 1 – 4.25 oz. chocolate bar
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 container creamy peanut butter spread
Make the chocolate ganache…
Break up your chocolate bar and combine with almond milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for 30 seconds, stir, and heat in 15-second intervals, stirring until the chocolate and almond milk are completely mixed and smooth. Pour into graham cracker pie crust and freeze for an hour.
Add the Jif Whips S’mores Spread…
Stir the Jif Whips peanut butter spread in its container until smooth, spread it onto the top of the chocolate ganache carefully, and evenly, all the way to the edges of the pie. Place marshmallow on top of the pie until it’s covered.
Broil and serve…
Fire up your oven’s broiler.
Place the pie onto the top rack in the oven, underneath the broiler. Watch the pie as the marshmallows will roast quickly. When you’ve got them all nice and brown, remove them from the oven and set the pie out to cool for 10 minutes. Slice and serve.
We absolutely LOVE how this pie turned out! It was a little messy, but who cares, it was delicious. Grab Jif Whips in the s’mores flavor before it’s gone, it’s definitely a hit! There will be other seasonal flavors available also, so stay tuned and savor the flavor!
This looks so delicious and easy to make! I would enjoy this dessert year-round!
