Oven Toasted Ravioli Recipe With A Parmesan Crust
- 2 – 9 oz. packages ravioli, refrigerated (I use Buitoni)
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp. water
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups Italian bread crumbs
- cooking spray
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Set aside.
In another bowl, combine the Italian breadcrumbs with the Parmesan cheese. Dip ravioli pieces into the egg mixture first, and then coat in the bread crumb mixture. Place crusted raviolis on a baking sheet and spray them with cooking spray. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve and enjoy with marinara sauce for dipping, I love this homemade marinara sauce recipe!
